Leave the boxes blank and press ok

on some machines you can even press cancel and it will let you in

that should work

good luck

oh yeah
if that doesn’t work for you, while your computer is booting up press F8 and you will get a boot screen.
Choose to restore your computer from a previous date, or if you have no restore points, choose "Load last known good configuration" (the last settings that worked correctly) and it should fix it for you automatically.

    Two things to try.
Start the PC tapping the F8 key and you will see the utility menu. Use the arrow keys to select Last Known Good Configuration then press enter.

If that doesn’t work start the PC the same way and choose Safe Mode instead. Click on Administrator icon. When the desktop comes up go to
Start – Control Panel – User Accounts.
Make a new account as administrator. Make a password for it then click OK to exit out.
Start the computer, choose the new account you made and put in the password you made. If you get in go back to User Accounts and click on the new account and get rid of the password. Then delete any other accounts.
