Why did I not get credit for completing an offer?

Once you complete an offer by fulfilling its requirements, the sponsor automatically notifies us (postback) and we credit your account immediately. Most postbacks are typically received no more than 10 – 15 mins after offer completion, unless otherwise noted, though some have been known to take up to 24 hours and more to credit.

There may be a number of reasons why you did not receive credit:
Incorrect personal information
Offer requirements not met
You did not meet offer eligibilty requirements (age, gender, region, etc.)
Your browser does not accept cookies
Your firewall, antivirus, or antispyware software is blocking cookies
You closed the offer window too early
You’ve completed the same offer on another site
Your form of payment didn’t have enough funds to cover all costs (shipping & handling)
You used a prepaid credit card
You are not from the region you indicated when you signed up.
Some tips to help make sure the points show up:
Always use legitimate info
Merchants use cookies to track offers. After #1, this is the biggest reason why points aren’t awarded. Make sure you:
Use a cookie enabled browser like Internet Explorer
Clear your cookies before each offer. How to clear cookies.
Temporarily disable programs that may interfere with cookies eg. Anti-Virus or Anti-Spyware
Temporarily set Privacy to medium or lower
Read offer requirements carefully
Do NOT use prepaid credit card
Allow each window to open completely. Offers use tracking pixels and they may not load if you close the window too quickly.

Why did I not get credit for an offer I completed?
If you have completed an offer per the requirements, you should be given credit within minutes unless otherwise stated. Crediting usually occurs within 24 hrs, however sometimes it can be delayed for up to 3-5 days. You can try completing the offer again once you have read this section. If you did not receive credit, it could be due to the following reasons:

* You are not from the geographical location listed under the requirements.

* You have already completed this offer via another site.

* You entered bogus/fake information.

* Your email or personal information is already in the advertiser’s system.

* You did not let the sponsor site load completely.

* You do not meet the eligibility for the offer including but not limited to age, location, gender.

* You did not complete the offer fully according to our advertiser’s requirements.

* Your browser does not accept cookies.

* You are using a proxy or external web service to use our site which effectively blocks cookies.

* You are using a prepaid credit card or a prepaid cell phone to complete offers.

* You are using ad blocker programs which effectively blocks cookies.

* You are completing offers through a game console.

* Your browser already has cookies cached from the advertiser website.

* You have Virus/Firewall/Anti Spyware software preventing cookies from being placed correctly.

How can I increase my chance of getting credited?
You can increase your chance of getting credited for offers by:

* Make sure to complete each offer with real information.

* Use another browser to see if you are more likely to be credited.

* Make sure that you are not using a pre paid credit card or pre paid cell phone.

* Use another browser.

* Use a brand new email for completing offers. The email must still be yours however it does not have to be the email you registered with.

* Try clearing your cookies before completing offers. You can do this through your browser options or with a program such as CCleaner.

* Temporarily disable any anti-spyware/anti-virus/firewall programs that may be blocking cookies.

* Temporarily disable any ad blocking programs that may be blocking cookies.

* Make sure your browser accepts cookies. Read Accepting Cookies.

* Make sure that once you have clicked through to an offer, complete the requirements fully before clicking to another site or closing the browser window.

If you’ve corrected the issue that resulted in non-credit, you can go ahead and complete the offer again.

How do I use the offers sorting option?
On the Available Offers page you can sort by the amount of points offered per offer, the date the offer was added and the name of the offer.

Can I request manual credit if I completed an offer but did not get credited?
Unfortunately, we do not take requests for manual credit. Please read above on improving your chances of getting credit. Please do not ask us or our advertisers for manual credit.

How do I earn points besides completing offers?
Good Question! You can also earn points via our Referral system. Simply head over to our Referral Section. You can grab your personal referral link and give that link to everyone! You will get 20% of all points earned by the person you just referred! For example, if you referred Tom and Tom earns 10 points, you will automatically receive 2 points!

How come an offer was listed in my completed offers but now has disappeared?
Sometimes offers expire or are deleted from our system for various reasons. But don’t worry! You still keep the points that you’ve earned.

How do I cancel a Credit Card trial or a Cell Phone subscription?
If you wish to cancel a Credit Card trial or a Cell Phone/RingTone subscription, you will have to visit the offers website.

How often are offers updated?
Our offers are generally updated every week but there is no set schedule, make sure you visit the site at least a few times a week to complete new offers!

Can you give me some tips on how to complete the offers?
